"Work for 5 full days and sleep for 2 full days!" "I want to cry my heart
out." "Give me a one-month-long vacation!" These are parts of words
pasted on a wall of a street in Shanghai written by thousands of office
staff in order to relieve themselves of their pressure, according to
Oriental Morning Post.

Many busy white collars participated in a stress-relief campaign recently
in Huaihai Road in Shanghai.

Zhang Lei, a psychology doctor in East China Normal University, said that
office-pressure-stricken people could be seen everywhere now among white
collars in Shanghai due to unhealthy working, rest, and diet habits. She
suggests white collars take proper breaks during working time. For
instance, easy yoga can be a relaxing way for pressure relief.
